The leadership model in the church today is basically a secular business leadership model with a Jesus cherry on the top. But the leadership model we see in Scripture is Spiritual Leadership.

What is spiritual leadership? What is the difference between business leadership and spiritual leadership? What more can we do than be people of character and pray about our endeavors?

In this half-day seminar, Rob aims to help people understand:

• the roles and character of a spiritual leader

• examples from spiritual leaders in Scripture

• how intimacy with God affects spiritual leadership

• practical steps toward development

There will be time for Q&A after the teaching.

Sessions will be recorded and available for two weeks following the close of the conference.
